- Update HR data within our HR systemManagement of day-to-day human resources matters, such as:
- All type of Leaves (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave)
- Payroll queries, and payroll preparation
- Preparation of letters and certificate for employees
- Questions and management of benefit enrolments
- Followup and scheduling of occupational medical examsCases management through our ticketing tool
- Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, followup, and escalation using our ticketing toolWork in true partnership with other People Operation colleagues, Payroll, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and IT/Workplace Have a full view on Criteo Policies and Compliance Drive consistency and efficiency for core People related processes

We are looking for an involved and energetic Coordinator to join Criteo and support our Local People Operations France Team.
You will work within the People Operation team based in Barcelona.The People Operations Coordinator will be providing first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in France.
Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on essential HR administrative tasks.
Support the team regarding the management of the onboarding process for newhires across Criteo offices in France :Who You Are:
