    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The CTM Line Manager, reports into the director of SMAO and is responsible for managing a cohesive team of front-line study execution staff to deliver high-quality study execution, ensuring studies are completed on time and with efficiency while maximizing best practices to drive execution. They oversee processes/programs across multiple countries and Therapeutic Areas.

    Responsibilities:

    • Delivering best-in-class study execution
    • Partnering with study teams to implement aggressive execution strategies
    • Utilizing study execution understanding to support front-line staff
    • Developing managerial learning forums for junior and peer managers
    • Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and risks
    • Leading cross-functional initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a health care or scientific field
    • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience
    • Proven leadership skills in a global team environment
    • Successful coaching/mentoring experience in a matrix environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical thinking
    • Expertise in drug development and global regulatory environment
