Job Description:


As a Product Manager (Buy on-board), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for our in-flight retail program.

You will manage the product portfolio, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning while staying current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

With your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will make data-driven decisions and oversee the entire product development cycle, from ideation to launch

  • Lead strategic and consumerdriven projects to support the company's business initiatives.
  • Develop effective pricing strategies and execute them.
  • Keep an eye on the current market trends, technology advancement, new products, and product design.
  • Design and execute the entire cycle of consumercentric product development
  • Study and analyse competitors' products, ingredients, and processes to maintain the company product's market position.
  • Manage new items from concept through launch to include new item setup, forecasting, marketing, promotional support, and more.
  • Identify and use consumer insights to identify highpotential items and drive the adoption of new menu items.
  • Engage with vendors, quality, and supply chain partners to identify other opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years working experience in Retail for Airlines, Cruise or Trains
  • Possess good organization skills and is meticulous.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Excellent communication skills, English language is essential.
  • Energetic and selfdriven individual.
  • Holds a diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
