Provide HR support for the assigned business group while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and to drive cross-country HR & business projects.
Tasks
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Your role as HR Generalist:
- Provide HR support for a portion of the business while partnering with crossfunctional teams and leaders and leveraging HR functional expertise to support critical human resources objectives;
- Visits work areas regularly to maintain visibility and accessibility to all employees on all shifts;
- Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong partnerships with client groups;
- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent;
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization by: leveraging OD and change management tools; Implementing initiatives in partnership with division leaders; coordinating comp & reward systems in conjunction with management; participating in job analyses and job description creation; participating in performance management system activities, calibration meetings and MRR process.
Your role as HR Program Manager:
- Provide hands-on support in the planning, coordination, communication with stakeholders and flawless execution of selected projects, from inception through to delivery
- Ensure adequate reviews and monitoring of Selected Projects to meet delivery & quality objectives
- Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available, utilizing project workspaces, to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project)
- Responsible to drive ontime project completion with excellent quality and customer experience
Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2/3 years Human Resources experience preferably if have driven projects;
- Knowledge of the labor laws, regulations, and government legal decisions affecting employment;
- Experience in effective interpersonal skills including interviewing, counseling, and group presentations;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Leadership skills including the ability to influence and work effectively with employees;
- Experience to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment finding the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
