Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the planning, design, development, and delivery of technical analytics platforms such as the Brambles Data Hub. Provides leadership in coordinating with various squads & teams to ensure successful completion of programs.
  • Collect, define and verify endtoend system requirements, write detailed functional and test specifications, coordinate efforts with engineering to scope and build hardware including integration with the cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership to quickly transition innovative concepts and ideas into commercial realization.
  • Datadriven and analytical. Ability to clearly & effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across the org and up to senior leadership.
  • Work with Advanced Analytics Squads and Product Owners and Portfolio Management team to establish and obtain consensus on goals, objectives, and deliverables. Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect programs and gain agreement for resolution.
  • Direct the activities of the platform teams, coordinating and driving the team's efforts towards successful delivery of assigned programs. Including managing key strategic partners/vendors and their collaborative selection
  • Determine resource needs, and account for their effective use.
  • Adjust program scope and timing based on the needs of internal customers.
  • Responsible for delivering all programs on time, within budgets and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
  • Responsible for tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to Executive Management
Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in EE, CS, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in technical program/project management
  • Knowledge of Advanced Analytics platforms and product life cycle and development including productization and delivery at scale
  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new features sets
  • Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
  • Fluency with Atlassian SCM Suite (Confluence/JIRA)
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence partners and teams
