A successful Analyst Direct Channel Distribution will be responsible for:- CRM
- Acquisition and Retention, Database, and Newsletters.
- Manage Direct Mail initiatives.
- Customer journey optimization and user testing.
- Owner of the management of the P&L of the area. Including forecasting sales trends and monitoring investment budget, acting proactively to increase direct market share.
- Reviewing the online customer journey as well as conversion rates
- Ensure a CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
- Develop marketing techniques to attract new customers.
- Coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Update accounts and contacts in a CRM system.
- Monitor customer relation strategies.
- Build workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes.
- Dynamize existing workflows and strategies.
- Suggest new methods to address customers' needs.
- Track marketing metrics and trends.
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition.
- Champion opportunities to consistently improve customer experience.
- Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Map the customer's journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client's behalf.
- Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Test new strategies for driving customer value.
- Owner of the World of Hyatt action and strategic plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English needed
