    Key Responsibilities:

    • Screening of resumes and selecting shortlists of suitable, diverse applicants for roles in the European region
    • Perform exploratory interviews with potential candidates
    • Research different sourcing techniques, networks, and job boards relevant to the region
    • Assist in developing proactive talent pipelines based on the future needs of the organization by utilizing various sourcing channels
    • Research job fairs/conventions/seminars and coordinate potential Firmenich participation
    • Actively contribute to different global/regional/local HR initiatives for the different business divisions

    You bring:

    • Experience managing the process of selection preferably in a multinational organization or Head Hunting Consultancy
    • Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, or similar
    • Excellent verbal & written communication, client-focused fluent level of English
    • Strong follow-up and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to build excellent working relationships
    • Attention to details
