JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary


The purpose of a Partnerships Manager is to strategically identify, drive, develop and manage the relationship with existing and prospect digital payment partners of the Pay-in space with the aim to optimize the company's payment ecosystem, drive revenue growth and enhance the customer payment experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting discovery sessions, negotiating solution blueprint and commercial/finance terms conditions in coordination with other areas.
  • Materialize product offering into SLAs/Contracts and conditions
  • Regular collaboration with the teams in charge of Payin products to be aligned in terms of product strategy, payin strategy and new market trends.
  • This role is fundamental by identifying new partnership opportunities which will allow us to increase client satisfaction, obtain efficiencies, optimize costs and improve cash conversion cycle.

Required Skills:


  • Experience with long and complex deal cycles
  • Very strong presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Able to manage multiple crossfunctional stakeholders, internal and external, both technical and nontechnical.
  • Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutions.
  • Highly analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong understanding of incoming payments landscape in the travel industry and ability to identify levers to increase added value to our clients.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Able to translate "numbers" into optimization opportunities in terms of ebitda and cost reduction for our business.
  • Very strong organizational skills and good sense of prioritization in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Previous experience in payment related roles in the payment industry or similar
  • Previous experience in finance or procurement roles.
  • Fluent English
