JOB DESCRIPTION:


This critical role will own the end to end program of Overrides and Supplier Income function for the Commercial Intelligence Team.

You will be responsible for 3 main areas, and will be responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Payments, Audits, Frameworks, Approval matrix and Negotiation with regions.

We ́re looking for a self-starter who is able to take the lead, drive change & take full ownership.


Position Accountabilities:

  • Manage End to end process for Overrides, Reverse Overrides and Supplier Income Financials
  • Responsible for process improvements to these programs
  • Point person for all queries for these Items
  • Act as delegate for the Commercial Intelligence Director as required

Responsibilities:


  • To Update and coordinate on Overrides, Supplier Income
  • Coordinate the end to end process and support communication and Training
  • Coordinate forecasts and budgets
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors on optimizing these incentives
Experience

  • Previous experience in Commercial Strategy Area (Incentives Strategy) or Consulting in a suitable industry
  • Previous experience in areas that have shown focus on pricing optimization and growth

Qualifications:


  • Work Experience of at least 5 years in a suitable industry (Travel/Telecoms/Financial services/ Consulting)
  • English language is a must, Spanish is a plus and any other language is an advantage
