DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyse the client's situation to reply to them quickly and efficiently
Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solution
Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
Organise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or Bilingual French language level
Fluent English
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stay wellorganised
An ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
An ability to work within a team
An ability to adjust quickly to new environments, follow procedures and to deal with deadlines

OFFER:

Permanent contract with 1month probation period
Fulltime position 39h/week
Working days/Hours from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 19:00 PM and one Saturday every month, from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM
Holidays: 24 per calendar year
Hybrid model: Working 2 days from home
Training: 3 weeks from the office, Monday to Friday
