ABOUT THE ROLE

The Engineering & Data Platform Department comprises several teams, including InfraOps, Dev Experience, Front-end Systems, Core Services, Data Platform, and Security.

Its primary mission is centred around relieving the cognitive burden on engineering teams, enabling them to fully focus on delivering exceptional customer value in a smooth and efficient manner.

This is accomplished by developing reliable platform products that empower engineers to interact independently and self-serve the resources they require when running their business logic.

As the Senior Technical Product Manager for the Engineering & Data Platform, your role is pivotal in realizing the vision of enabling all engineering teams at sennder to wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to delivering customer value with ease in an efficient, scalable, secure and non-redundant manner.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role you will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers to define and prioritize technical product features, gather feedback from engineering and data teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

You will actively engage in product discovery, ideation, definition, and roadmap planning, serving as the primary contact for engineering stakeholders and working closely with EMs to align on goals, metrics, and deliverables.

\_\_PREFERABLY YOU HAVE \_\_

Strong technical background and understanding of developer, security and data platforms concepts.
Minimum of 5 years of product management, product owner, or a similar role in the Platform area.
Experience in product discovery and translating user needs into actionable requirements.
Proficiency in creating and defining product documentation, including product requirements document, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver highquality features.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to coordinate demos, maintain stakeholder engagement.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to define metrics and OKRs to measure product outcomes and drive datainformed decisions.
Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking skills to identify and address technical challenges and dependencies.
Experience in creating and maintaining product backlog and roadmaps and aligning them with teams and organizational goals.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
A growth mindset. you're a constant learner and want to engage in new challenges with focus, passion and humility.
