Head of Sales.
As the
Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, leading a team of dedicated sales professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve our ambitious targets.
Your area of focus**:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet sales targets.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure individual and collective success

Salesforce Implementation: Leverage your expertise in Salesforce to lead the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of the platform to enhance sales processes and data-driven decision-making.

Pipeline Management:Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and effective conversion of leads into opportunities.

Sales Analytics: Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven strategic decisions.

Training and Development: Plan and execute sales training programs to enhance the team's skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly.
To excel in this role, you should have**:
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce implementation, customisation, reporting and dashboards.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing sales data, metrics, and trends to drive informed decisions.

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
