Your area of focus:

Advise customers on the sales process and products.
Manage logístical and delivery issues.
Provide an aftersales service.
Be the voice of our customer and escalade their feedback.
Take ownership of the customer service excellence and the company's reputation (good reviews on different platforms such as Google, Facebook and Trustpilot).

To excel in this role, you should have:

Extensive experience in Customer Service over the phone & mail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Perfect writing & oral skills in
English. Another European language would be a plus (language tests will be realized).
Confidence on the phone and sales orientated.
