DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address requests and incidents that demand a higher level of technical expertise
- Advance and close service requests to a satisfactory resolution within the call management system
- Keep customers informed proactively about the status and progress of their requests and resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Dutch and nearnative English
- Possess outstanding customer service abilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT, particularly in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music, and Audiovisual products
- Be proficient in both Windows and Mac environments
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a preference for technical support
- Exhibit a deep understanding of excellent customer care practices
- Display responsibility and independence
- Possess effective communication and teamwork skills, along with flexibility and the ability to handle stress.
