Dutch Technical Support Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Address requests and incidents that demand a higher level of technical expertise
  • Advance and close service requests to a satisfactory resolution within the call management system
  • Keep customers informed proactively about the status and progress of their requests and resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Native Dutch and nearnative English
  • Possess outstanding customer service abilities
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT, particularly in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music, and Audiovisual products
  • Be proficient in both Windows and Mac environments
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a preference for technical support
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of excellent customer care practices
  • Display responsibility and independence
  • Possess effective communication and teamwork skills, along with flexibility and the ability to handle stress.
