Women according to me are the most respectable entities in our society and our lifes. 

The Mother. The Sister. The Daughter. The Life-partner. The Grand-Mother....they are our lifes !. 

A LOT of things have to change.  We must not give up the fight by any means.      

• The absurdity of violence against women is very SAD. We have to protect our lifes, our women are our lifes.
• The lack of women in some industries. It is true we are attracting more women to the industry I am passionated about ( IT ), but it is not enough. This is a great issue if we want women to grow as men, because technology is becoming more and more important.
• Women deserve equal pay.

It is also important to say that.... due to this necessary fight, we are also generating some unfair issues to men. Let's work for achieving equity rather than equality for both gender. We are different. It would be so boring if we were equals! 

This is only my personal opinion ( not based on any study :-).....  WOMEN have more capacities than MEN. WOMEN are stronger. WE DO LOVE WOMEN.
