beBee is seeking a passionate and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep knowledge of creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns on Google Ads, including paid search, display, video, and shopping. This position is key to driving relevant traffic and user acquisition through our digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize traffic and user acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives.
• Conduct deep keyword research and continuous optimization to improve campaign performance.
• Efficiently manage the Google Ads advertising budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between Google Ads campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and policies in Google Ads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, and the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights based on campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Google Ads certification is highly valued.
