As a Customer Service Representative at, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance promptly and courteously.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions while upholding our company's values and standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Requisitos:
- Creation of the customer's order and confirmation of order acknowledgement
- Permanent information to the customer on the status of orders
- Tracking of delivery, guaranteeing delivery to customers
- Order balance control
- Invoicing
- Handling of customer complaints and returns
- Event registration in ERP
- Organise transport for export and import
