ABOUT THE JOB

  • Leading a team that delivers actionable results through your combination of business skills, statistical knowledge, and understanding of HR data
  • Distilling complex analytical results into presentable, digestible, and actionable recommendations and insights for the HR teams and the Business
  • Bridge the gap between the business strategy and technology enablers by understanding the HR teams and business needs, translating them into technical requirements to drive valuebased data solutions
  • Work with the business, IT, data engineers and data analysts to ensure that requested data and related process changes are implemented in a timely fashion
  • Follow and maintain operational and control procedures as a part of an agile team
  • Partner with lead analysts to explore, evaluate, recommend, and design new features and functionalities of our HR systems

ABOUT YOU

  • Musthave: Solid professional experience as a member of data teams covering different aspects of HRrelated technology solutions, demonstrable knowledge of HR processes and concepts, stakeholder management experience, and advanced command of Tableau
  • Experience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
  • Experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, collaborating with CoEs and IT, and supporting in the design of the technical solutions
  • Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
  • Analytical, conceptual, and implementation skills
  • Good communication and customerfacing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
  • Passion for learning without fear of failure in a passionate and agile team
  • Proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Nicetohave: SAP HR and/or Employee Central user experience, and advanced use of Power BI, MS Visio and MS Project.
