We are looking for an HR Generalist who is eager to join our team in our offices in Barcelona.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • HR Department related procedures
  • 7P management
  • Preparation of documentation for Fundae and other bonuses.
  • GDPR
  • Equality Plan
  • Whistleblower channel
  • Management of internal and external audits
  • Occupational Risks
  • Conduct employee onboarding processes and assist in organizing training and development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees on various HRrelated issues, such as leave and compensation, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee records and files in electronic or paper format
  • Improve job satisfaction by diligently resolving issues, implementing new perks and benefits, and organizing teambuilding activities
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Responsible for timekeeping

Qualifications:


Minimum Studies
Degree in Labor Sciences and Human Resources

  • Demonstrable experience as an HR generalist.
  • Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team with a resultsoriented approach.
  • English: Advanced Level
