That's why we need a Corporate Quality Manager like you.


Mission
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Quality Manager to join our Corporate Quality team.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing international quality projects, stablishing a Corporate Quality framework and monitoring global quality indicators, while ensuring the implementation of the required quality standards in the organization.


What your responsibilities will be

  • Issue and review Corporate Quality Manual and Policies and ensure its implementation in all the Business Units
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement of Grifols Quality systems
  • Coordinate the implementation of electronic quality management system
  • Coordinate global quality projects and initiatives
  • Perform oversight of Quality systems and escalate risks detected to senior management
  • Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure its timely implementation

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
  • 510 years of experience managing quality systems is required
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to facilitate change
