Looking for a Machine Learning Engineers for the founding team for a new venture in the generative AI (genAI) space.

Wagmi Venture Studio is Europe's first web3 venture studio. We are building blockchain infrastructure to support emergent trends such as AI, Cognitive AR/VR/XR, and Metaverse. These technologies have great potential to revolutionize value exchange and ownership, communities of creators, identity management, data privacy, and knowledge management across industries like finance, entertainment, health, energy and more.

We're looking for a leader who can innovate, design and develop highly scalable systems, promote a culture of technical learning, and build a team of formidable engineers.

Looking for a Machine Learning Engineers for the founding team for a new venture in the generative AI (genAI) space.

What You'll Do:

Partner with the founder to envision, architect, design and deliver the product roadmap and a scalable technology strategy
Decide with the founder, the companywide strategy and company vision
Roll up your sleeves and write code, especially in the early days
Build, support, mentor and grow a great team of engineers
Design and architect a scalable and resilient platform with freedom to choose the right technology stack
Foster a culture of innovation, ownership and scrappiness
Wear the product hat especially in early stages to analyse, prioritise and translate customer needs into opportunities for product development
Define testing processes and logging strategies to iterate and improve on

Who You Are:

2+ years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer in dynamic and highgrowth environments
Experience in Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM), and Knowledge Graphs (KGs)
2+ years of team management experience
Usercentered process and methods & obsession to create the best endcustomer experience
The ability to work strategically as well as being handson
Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle, team organization, software design patterns, testing and continuous improvement
Entrepreneurial thinking and a handson problem solver
Very good level of English and Spanish
