Estamos buscando un/a IT Technical Expert preparado/a para asumir la responsabilidad de entornos IT complejos en múltiples países y actuar como referente técnico clave dentro de la organización.
We are looking for a senior IT Technical Expert ready to take ownership of complex IT environments across multiple countries and act as a key technical authority within the organization.
Tu misión
Como IT Technical Expert, garantizarás la estabilidad, seguridad, rendimiento y mejora continua de entornos IT a nivel corporativo.
Serás responsable de:
- Liderar la optimización de la infraestructura IT global y los sistemas de gestión de endpoints.
- Gestionar y evolucionar plataformas ITSM y de gestión de activos.
- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de automatización (Python, APIs, middleware).
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias críticas en entornos de producción
- Contribuir a rediseños de sistemas, migraciones, estandarización y hardening de sistemas operativos (Windows y Linux).
- Impulsar la adopción segura y conforme a normativa de herramientas basadas en IA.
- Proporcionar liderazgo técnico a equipos internacionales.
Este rol se sitúa en la intersección entre excelencia operativa, estrategia de automatización y gobierno de la ciberseguridad.
Qué buscamos
Un/a profesional técnico/a senior, altamente autónomo/a y con visión transversal.
Experiencia clave
- Gestión avanzada de endpoints (despliegue, parcheado, monitorización, cumplimiento), Muy deseable conocimiento de ManageEngine.
- Conocimiento profundo de administración de Windows y Linux, incluyendo hardening.
- Administración avanzada de Microsoft 365 / O365 (seguridad, políticas, licenciamiento).
- Programación avanzada en Python y automatización mediante APIs.
- Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de incidencias complejas en entornos productivos.
- Base sólida en ciberseguridad, gestión de vulnerabilidades y fiabilidad de sistemas.
- Experiencia en integración o gobierno de herramientas asistidas por IA (valorado).
Competencias adicionales
- Sólidas capacidades de gestión de proyectos IT.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos internacionales y con múltiples stakeholders.
- Mentalidad analítica y fuerte orientación a la resolución de problemas.
Inglés fluido imprescindible.
Francés y/o español serán altamente valorados.
Your Mission
As our IT Technical Expert, you will ensure the stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level IT environments.
You will:
- Lead optimization of global IT infrastructure and endpoint management systems.
- Manage and evolve ITSM and asset management platforms.
- Design and implement automation solutions (Python, APIs, middleware).
- Diagnose and resolve high-level production incidents.
- Contribute to system redesigns, migrations, standardization, and OS hardening (Windows & Linux).
- Support secure and compliant adoption of AI-powered tools.
- Provide technical leadership to international teams.
This role operates at the intersection of operations excellence, automation strategy, and cybersecurity governance.
What We're Looking For
A highly autonomous, senior technical professional with strong cross-functional mindset.
Core Expertise
- Advanced Endpoint Management (deployment, patching, monitoring, compliance). ManageEngine expertise as an advantage
- Deep knowledge of Windows & Linux administration.
- Strong Microsoft 365 / O365 administration (security, policies, licensing).
- Advanced Python scripting & API automation.
- Proven experience handling complex production incidents.
- Strong foundation in IT security, vulnerability management, and system reliability.
- Experience integrating or governing AI-assisted tools is a plus.
Additional Strengths
- Solid IT project management capabilities.
- Ability to operate in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent English is mandatory.
French and/or Spanish are strong advantages.
