    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a HR and Office Manager.

    As the HR and Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR department and supporting various administrative tasks.

    Your primary focus will be overseeing the recruitment process, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role is located in Mijas.
    QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in HR management, preferably in the retail or designFamiliarity with HR policies and proceduresStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationDetail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of Spanish labor law is a mustGood English and Spanish skillsMust be located in Malaga area
