    Freelance Recruitment Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated freelance recruitment specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to work efficiently and effectively with candidates across different regions.

    • Contact candidates, follow up and maintain status updates in our system.
    • Conduct structured interviews in Spanish and English.
    • Validate job requirements and ensure candidates meet essential criteria.

    The successful freelancer will possess strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, as well as fluency in both Spanish and English. A structured working style is also essential for this role.
