    Job Description

    The Kitchen Receiver & Commis Cook is a vital role within the Culinary Department, responsible for supporting kitchen operations by combining receiving and store management duties with hands-on kitchen production.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Receiving & Store Management: Receive kitchen goods, check delivered items against orders, ensure correct quantities, quality standards, expiration dates and temperatures. Verify delivery notes and coordinate any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

    • Store goods correctly in compliance with hygiene, food safety and storage standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, cold rooms and receiving zones.

    • Cooking: Support the kitchen team in the preparation and cooking of dishes as instructed. Carry out mise en place according to service requirements. Follow recipes, presentation standards and service timings.
