Purchasing Manager Madrid, Community of Madrid Purchasing Manager Madrid Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES EFI is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our Inkjet Business in our Castellon offices


Job Description:
Ensure compliance to all purchasing policies. Manage and administer daily activities of all purchasing staff. Define and design training, and career plans to purchasing team, also other CI actions impacting the department. Monitor all purchasing activities and design various cost-effective methods according to demands. Evaluate quotes and coordinate with suppliers to provide required component bids and analyze supplier performance for improvement. Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and provide an effective interface with all departments.

Design and implement various purchasing strategies and procurement policies and participate in all supplier cost reduction programs in coordination with global supply chain team.

Determine appropriate programs for all purchase requirements and assist to reduce supply chain costWide collaboration with R&D teams in NPD(New Product Development) programs.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. Proven track record of procurement experience including experience managing a purchasing team. Has successfully managed negotiations including international suppliers, adversarial supplier relationships and disruptive supply situations. Candidate needs to be able to understand operational excellence subjects. Can demonstrate strong written and verbal presentation skills. Microsoft Office proficiency (Very Strong Excel Skills). Strong SAP experience preferred. Willing to travel, locally and internationally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
