    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful campaigns using Google Ads.

    Your primary duties will include:

    • Acting as a trusted consultant to onboard customers
    • Developing PPC campaigns that meet customer goals and objectives
    • Understanding customer needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions
    • Increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability through effective campaign management
    • Handling a high volume of potential customers daily via phone calls

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Native-level German language skills and fluency in English (B2)
    • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
    • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication (a plus)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and computer handling skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented and professional approach
