Job Description:


Working as a core member of our CIO Office team, you will partner with the IT departments and support functions and act as a trusted advisor. You will help to maximize the value from IT investments, capabilities, and assets to support our IT strategy.

The CIO Office function includes but is not limited to: Strategy Realization, Strategic Vendor Management, Communications, Change Management, Performance Management, Operational Excellence and IT Finance.

More specifically, you may:


  • Orchestrate the development of strategic plans and support realization of strategic initiatives
  • Measure and report on progress toward objectives, escalating risks and removing roadblocks as needed
  • Regular and adhoc reporting and presentations with analytical and strategic information for various audiences
  • Design and deliver a strong strategic partnering framework to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical partners, supporting the Strategic Relationship Managers in their roles
  • Oversee that sourcing models are clear, followed and deliver value for the defined services
  • Develop, maintain and enhance overall governance frameworks to ensure that all people follow the defined governance, avoid creation of silos
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities
  • Continually streamline/automate processes to improve efficiency, collaborating with other teams as required (Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal)
  • Provide guidance and support to Technology Department on adherence to internal policies and processes
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve IT Methodology frameworks
  • Develop and expand the Performance Objective process using OKR Framework

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree and / or Master's with relevant IT and Finance background
  • Relevant Senior management experience, with minimum 10 years' experience
  • Understanding of IT Operating Models and Technology Business Management frameworks
  • Experience in IT Management with strong understand of IT Operations and ITIL frameworks
  • Selfdriven to understand the organization and operations, identify opportunities and develop solutions to gain alignment with stakeholders, and implement
  • Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and enterprisewide program, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts
  • Proven ability to shape a range of diverse requirements into coherent and understandable change programs which can be justified at a strategic level
  • Ability to collect data, consolidate into a meaningful understanding so that it can be analyzed, and decisions taken
  • Interpret and deal with incomplete data, and exercise judgement where there is ambiguity
  • Strong experience in project management skills; developing plans, executing effectively with status reporting and risk management to deliver on target
  • Strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in rapidly changing, fast paced environment
  • Ability to influence others which are not directly reporting to you
  • Openminded and future looking to identify gaps and implement improvement
  • Ability to understand more strategic and tactical perspectives, yet understanding operational details to know how to get things done
  • Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
