- Responsible of management of packaging artworks
- Directly coordinating the design and artworks agencies, assuring that all artworks are aligned with regulatory, technical, and marketing requirements while following the brand packaging guidelines
- Perform and maintenance the packaging SPEC and artworks database (SAP)
- Evaluation of packaging options and costs; preliminary BOM, coordination with purchasing team to define suppliers and costs. Provide input on manufacturability and aspects affecting costs, provide tests/trials to obtain the best product performance
- Promote initiatives to improve the sustainability of the packaging and assure the best design for new packaging from a sustainability point of view
- Packaging and artworks process experience from the design to the printing process desirable. Understanding or experience in the pharmaceutical, make up or cosmetic industry is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or engineering
- Fluency Spanish and English. French would be a plus
- Innovation and creativity. Attention to details. Commitment and work capacity. Working in autonomy. Proactive and flexible attitude, with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop. Basic knowledge of graphics, typography, print and package production specifications/processes and packaging functions, from the design process to the prepress processes. Basic use of Microsoft Office and similar tools. SAP is a plus
