Responsibilities:
- Conducting market analysis for EMEA
- Active participation in developing market strategies and forecast process
- Support and cooperation with Sales Managers in all tender processes
- Cooperation between internal suppliers and sales areas
- Identification of sales opportunities and assessment of customer needs
- Cooperation with prospective clients to explain the benefits of products and services, promote and build brand loyalty
- Manage customers in all phases of the sales cycle
- Provide advice and postsale visit when required
- Preparation of weekly reports to identify prospecting data and sales opportunities
- Active search for new distribution opportunities through regular visits
- Working closely with technical area on the development of brands and products to meet the customers' requirements and increase the customer's portfolio
Mandatory:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge of customer management
- Technical knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients
- Knowledge of market conditions by level of competitiveness
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good command of English (spoken and written min. B2)
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Driving license
- Openness to business travel (domestic and international) 40% of the time
Will be an advantage:
- University degree medium or higher degree in technical or technical related discipline (ideally at Mining)
- Ability to speak another Indo-European language (Swedish, Spanish, Polish or other)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Stable employment in a company with an established position on the market
- Work in an international environment
- Funding for training, including language courses
