Responsibilities:

Conducting market analysis for EMEA
Active participation in developing market strategies and forecast process
Support and cooperation with Sales Managers in all tender processes
Cooperation between internal suppliers and sales areas
Identification of sales opportunities and assessment of customer needs
Cooperation with prospective clients to explain the benefits of products and services, promote and build brand loyalty
Manage customers in all phases of the sales cycle
Provide advice and postsale visit when required
Preparation of weekly reports to identify prospecting data and sales opportunities
Active search for new distribution opportunities through regular visits
Working closely with technical area on the development of brands and products to meet the customers' requirements and increase the customer's portfolio

Our requirements

Mandatory:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
Extensive knowledge of customer management
Technical knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients
Knowledge of market conditions by level of competitiveness
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good command of English (spoken and written min. B2)
Negotiation and presentation skills
Driving license
Openness to business travel (domestic and international) 40% of the time

Will be an advantage:

University degree medium or higher degree in technical or technical related discipline (ideally at Mining)
Ability to speak another Indo-European language (Swedish, Spanish, Polish or other)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
