This hotel in one of the most popular cities in Spain is young and trendy, and really works hard to always try their best for their guests in an elegant way.

It has a top of the notch restaurant and a wellness center in house. It's growing in popularity and you could be part of their journey.


Internship:


As an intern your focus would be the front desk, welcoming guests to the hotel, making reservations for them and attending to their other needs that are instrumental to their comfort during their stay.

You always maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with guests and you make sure you give a remarkable first impression about the hotel.

Lots of different responsibilities to keep things interesting


Student profile:

You understand what hospitality is and that you always maintain a professional attitude towards the guests.

You have a broad smile to welcome guests and make a great first impression, are a self-starter and don't mind taking responsibility.

Furthermore you speak fluent English and preferable one other language such as Spanish or French.

Daily tasks:


  • Receive guests to the hotel and attending to their needs
  • Inform guests of the services and accommodation rates in the hotel
  • Maintain orderliness at the front desk
  • Attend to all routes of room bookings
  • Report issues of maintenance and malfunctions

You are/have:


  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of customer service
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be orderly
  • Able to multitask
  • Good crisis management skills
