LOGISTICS INTERN:

Cornellà de Llobregat, Spain

YOUR MISSION:

PUMA Iberia is looking for a Logistics Intern for our HQ located in Cornellà de Llobregat, in order to support our Logistics & Operations Department.

YOUR MISSION:

Set up and maintain efficient and effective DC operation processes, organization, and systems:
Collaborate in the management and alignment of the operational activities of all DC locations within the area in line with

Operations Department:
Customer Service and Logistics.

Work with Warehouse teams to optimize and execute operational processes, e.

g., goods receipt, quality control, storage, put away, etc.

Ensure compliance with budget, safety, and environmental objectives

Manage logistics processes and infrastructure:

Operationally manage relationships with different providers such as: carries, customs, etc.; within area and monitor compliance with established of terms and conditions

Collaborate with monitoring Inbound & Outbound flow and performance of DC.
Provide and support with product distribution and outbound processes for Marketing, concessions, other departments, and different PUMA areas.

Conduct comprehensive of different processes for PUMA distribution purposes:
Support in managing documents associated with customs and distribution processes within Iberia and other countries.

Fulfillment of customer delivery requirements, with article data and labelling.
Collaborate and closely work with rest of Operations team: Purchasing and Customer service to fulfill all customer delivery requirements concerned of logistics procedures.

YOUR TALENT:

University degree in Logistics, Business administration or related field.

Possibility to make a University Agreement)

Strong organizational abilities, resilience, problem solving, collaboration/teamwork and results orientation.
Good communication skills: internal/external with the purpose of work effectively.
Analytical and quality service orientation.
Taking ownership of your work and ideas and being able to make an impact while developing our "Forever Faster" philosophy.
Knowledge in S4P will be valuate.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), BI is a must.
Area language and English fluent (written and oral).
