    The Position

    LabTwentyTwo is seeking a highly motivated Front Office Trainee to join our team. As a Front Office Trainee, your primary focus would be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
    • Ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
    • Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
    • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
    • Handle complaints in a professional manner.
