PTP (Procure-To-Pay) Analyst

The Job You Will Perform:

Perform work assignments with limited supervision, ensuring adequate accuracy within the required timeline
Point of contact for country PTP operations
Responsible for liaising with local procurement, finance, the central PTP group and outsourcing partner
Coordinate NOPO process follow up on open workflows, support in providing coding and problem resolution
Drive and execute the payment process in accordance with respective guidelines and timelines
Ensure that PTP related internal controls are performed timely and necessary followups are done
Monitor and act on changes to country specific tax and legal regulations impacting PTP processes
Identify and actively pursue improvement opportunities in the PTP space including fraud prevention
Participate in the implementation of the PTP initiatives in the country in cooperation with central PTP team.
Cooperate with internal and external counterparties on a regular basis, ensuring accurate responses to any queries

The Skills You Will Bring:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related educational background
Min. 2 years of experience in Finance (preferred Accounts Payable cycle)
Good knowledge of accounting, relevant policies and SOXs controls environment
Proven experience in local statutory requirements, preferred AP cycle
Knowledge of SAP
Fluency in English and local language.
