As an Industrial CMF Designer, you will play a central role in designing future products and innovations in the B2C segment. You will work with a dynamic team of innovators on various projects and innovation horizons. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products and experiences.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet technical requirements and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
• Participate in design reviews and presentations to showcase designs and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on design direction and ensure consistency across markets and regions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial design, product design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human factors engineering.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with suppliers and vendors is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
