Head of Platforms - Semiconductor / AI / Artificial Intelligence / Embedded Software

Are you experienced with created embedded software at an architectural level?
Have exposure to developing apps that ended in customers' hand?
Experience in managing a team?

If so, then this could be the one for you

We're working with a super exciting AI/Semiconductor company focused on developing ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors and they need a new Head of Platforms to join the team.

This role can be worked onsite in Delft (Netherlands) or on a fully remote basis.

What's in it for you?

You will receive an excellent base salary, lead the platforms team and working closely with the VP of Engineering to ensure the best delivery of a fully embedded SW stack and provide technical guidance in the architecture and design of SOC systems.

All this whilst working within a diverse and multicultural team.

What we look for in return is:

Knowledge of computer architecture, CPU and GPU execution performance, and/or DSP computing architecture and programming model, etc.
Strong leadership skills ideally 5+ years of managerial experience.
Extensive experience with firmware and software development toolsets utilised in project tracking, workflow management, build and test automation.
Exceptional experience in software development for embedded systems
Good knowledge of Linux/ Embedded OS.
Good knowledge of C/C++ across various platforms.
