Your role

• Handle qualified inbound leads only
• Run consultative sales calls with international clients
• Close high-ticket premium experiences
• Follow up and maximize conversion rates

Compensation

• Fixed base + uncapped commissions

Realistic earnings:
€2,500 – €5,000+/month

• Direct performance-based upside
• High-quality pipeline ready from day one

You are a strong fit if

• You have proven high-ticket closing experience
• You speak

Italian and English fluently

• You are competitive, disciplined, and outcome-driven
• You take ownership and close consistently

Remote. Málaga (Spain) is a plus.
Passionate about Padel and Sport is a plus.
