We are looking for people with a high level of English for our IT Service Desk vacancies at the NTT DATA iCenter in Playa de San Juan (Alicante).

The iCenter is a High Performance Center specialized in the provision of technological infrastructure services.

Some of your responsibilities would be:
Ticket management.
Process incidents, requests and inquiries.
Incident support level 1 and queries that can be resolved in remote.

You would also support tasks such as:
Microcomputer user support.
Management contract manufacturer of hardware support.
Features and System Support Operating.
Installing new software on computers.
Preparation of new equipment.
Keeping boardrooms (TV's, PC's, Video conferencing, etc.)
