ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM_**Our OptiFlight solution will be a key pillar in SITA's contribution to a greener, more sustainable aviation through the enablement of flight and air traffic optimization.

Reporting to the Head of OptiOps team, the Graduate Product Performance Engineer is overall responsible for the following key activities:

Generate and validate reports for customer and commercial trial.
Validation and monitoring of OptiFlight new versions in production.
Monitor the product performance and support improvement initiatives.
Participate as contributor to OptiFlight problem management.

_WHAT YOU WILL DO _

Assist in validating versions and provide feedback to Engineering Teams before deploying into production.
Support delivery and customer service teams with proper analysis and documentation.
Contribute to service improvement through monitoring, feedback and lessons learned.
Work with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement the initiatives that will improve the performance of the service.
Address specific requests/analysis from airlines.

Qualifications:

_ EXPERIENCE_

Recently graduate from Aeronautical Engineering with less than 12 months of work experience since graduation.
Knowledge of data management.
Prior first experience working with airlines will be positively valued (e.g. 6 months+ of internship).
