Leader BPO and customer relation services.

The company offers multiple services for businesses such as customer services, after-sales service, call-center support, sales assistance, lead detection, selling campaigns, claims management, fundraising, business process outsourcing, debt recovery, cross-selling, sale of insurance and back-office management.

The Quality Analyst Director will be in charge of a group of QA managers and will report directly to the Country Manager.

Responsibilities:

You will master the techniques for the design and implementation of initial and continuous training modules in accordance with the needs of the company and the expectations of its customers.
You will be responsible for collecting training needs, identifying areas for development and

developing progress plans.

You will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of your area of responsibility and play an active role in the continuous improvement of the team performance.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of calls made in relation to the procedures provided by our clients.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's business processes, including the development of the business plan and the implementation of the business plan.

Required profile:

Quality management experience and background in the field of customer relations.
Indepth knowledge of CRM
Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
Design of training plans, overviews, and modules.
Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable command of the
French (C2), English and
Spanish language, both written and spoken.
Organized, methodical, with a simple pedagogical approach and enjoy teaching.
Spirit of initiative and a certain creativity.
Curiosity for all the professions present in the company and the capacity to understand all the

microcultures that make up the company.
