Job Title: Commis Cook

We are seeking an experienced Commis Cook to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in menu preparation, kitchen organization, and production
• Working within a team to ensure menu prep is done according to guidelines set by Sous Chef
• Assisting with the storage, preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to required standards
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and ensuring smooth service operations
• Attending to details to ensure every dish served is of high quality

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Previous experience working as part of a similar-sized kitchen team
