    Viking is seeking customer-focused individuals for roles in Torrevieja.

    We are looking for self-motivated employees who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. Our customers may face challenging situations, and it's crucial that they receive the necessary assistance. As a customer consultant at Viking, you will work collaboratively with a larger team that provides mutual support when needed.

    Your primary tasks will involve responding to phone inquiries from customers requiring roadside assistance. To accomplish this, you will utilize various systems to resolve challenges efficiently. Additionally, you will assist partners in the insurance and automotive industries with queries related to roadside assistance.

    Key Requirements:

    • Customer service experience is advantageous
    • Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
    • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
    • Adequate knowledge of data/technology
    • A clean criminal record is mandatory

    In terms of personal qualities, you should value good work ethics and possess strong teamwork skills. You excel in communication and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, as well as being proficient with data and phones as work tools. As a person, you are likely solution-oriented and approachable, both with customers and colleagues. It is beneficial if you are curious and eager to acquire new knowledge - our days are dynamic, and we are constantly evolving.
