Why this is job for you


The HRBP is a key team member of our Plants in Spain and plays a pivotal role in driving the company's people strategy for his/her scope, focusing on different areas of HR such as people and organization development, performance evaluation, training and staffing and with special focus in labor relations.


The job you will perform

  • Work together with the plant teams to be a strong business partner for the facilities in our plants of Villalbilla and Griñón in Madrid assuring well coordination on the current topics.
  • Support managers in all HR processes, deploying the company's people strategy for your scope in all its aspects (organizational change, staffing and training, labor relations/negotiations with work councils, performance and development, C&B, labor cost and absenteeism management, etc.)
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies and legal provisions in the HR field.
  • Drive recurrent company HR processes such as annual performance evaluation, people development, compensation review, succession planning, people review process and engagement planning.
  • Provide line managers with the methodology and the tools needed to help them effectively build and manage their teams, consolidating and promoting a strong leadership. Support them in motivating the people in their organization and in creating a positive work environment.
  • Assist the Plant General Manager on all labor related topics (sector convention advise, substantial modifications, separations, etc.).
  • Act as the first point of contact for labor related enquiries from employees in your scope and redirect, if needed, said enquiries to the right department/office.
  • Establish and maintain a good relation with the unions and handle queries regarding working conditions and employees' wellbeing, acting as a single point of contact.
  • Develop internal and external communication plans and support change management with the aim of creating a positive climate and high engagement, helping management in the deployment of the actions agreed upon at every level of the organization
  • Actively collaborate with the Iberian and European team to ensure best practice sharing, the effective use of HR procedures and policies.
  • Other related responsibilities and corporate projects.

The skills you will bring

  • Degree in business, law, labor relations, political/social sciences, psychology, or equivalent
  • Human resources master or related HR studies valuable
  • Work Council Relations experience preferred


  • English: English B

  • C1 preferred
  • Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in a similar position, preferable within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Advanced level of MS Office (excel and power point).
  • Driver's license B
