We are looking for an energetic and experienced Product Owner who is passionate about building the new Pay experience which will disrupt the world of Pay.


The Product Owner will join in an innovative and dynamic work environment, being primarily responsible for providing vision and direction to our treasury platform developments and maximizing the customer impact of their deliverables.

The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders, development partners, agile teams, UX/UI and other POs to design, build and roll-out seamless customer solutions that enhance our platform and deliver the company's vision and strategy for the new world of Pay.


Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Gain deep knowledge and understanding of the business process, user needs and requirements. Be the voice of customers, users, and stakeholders.
  • Constant engagement with Clients, partners and Operational Stakeholders to identify product opportunities and gaps, review feedback and drive effective prioritizations to feed most valuable initiatives into the backlog or roadmap.
  • Visualize the product roadmap and work iteratively with users, designers, analysts, and engineers for the best product solution design.
  • Translate product roadmap to well defined epics and user stories for the development teams.
  • Own, manage and prioritize the backlog to maximize the business value and perform backlog grooming with the agile team.
  • Providing vision and direction to internal and outsourced development teams and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle.
  • Define and set clear acceptance criteria and sprint goals to validate upon sprint completion.
  • Work with product data analysts to identify and use the necessary insights/metrics for data driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and be available to the development team throughout the sprint for queries and clarification.
Plan and manage product readiness and launches by coordinating with stakeholders, deployments, connectivity, training and release management.

  • Drive customer onboarding with local and global stakeholders and measure the success of product launch overtime.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as product owner, product manager, business analyst or similar roles.
  • Experience in managing all aspects of product management throughout its lifecycle.
  • Working understanding of global solutions
  • Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies (especially scrum).
  • Leadership and decisionmaking skills for product management.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Strong logical and problemsolving skills.
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams, system vendors and development partners.
  • Knowledge or experience in the HR or Treasury domain would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge or experience in tools like Jira and Pendo would be an advantage.
