I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel/resort.


_ Duties and Responsibilities_


As Pool Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation department to provide exceptional product and service within brand operating standards.


The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • With a collection of accomplished free-standing restaurants in the Resort, the Pool Restaurant Manager will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of Pool area, providing exceptional product, service and vibe within brand operating standards and theme of their establishment.
  • Support the F&B Director and Assistant Director, and focus on the rejuvenation of the restaurant/culinary experience. Food & Beverage amenities, menus and wine lists will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices
  • Establish purchasing practices that meet the requirements of the Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
  • Instill a costfocused philosophy through training and education
  • With seven Food & Beverage outlets and event venues, to be a handson, visible and proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, capable of providing focused direction and continuing to establish the property's prominent position within the market.
  • To be responsible for the management and development of all hosts within the department through the provision of direction, delegation, interaction, encouragement and enthusiasm, discipline, training, performance evaluation and counselling to build a loyal, productive and effective team.
  • In terms of frontline food & beverage management, to possess an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer

_ Skills and Experience_
To execute the position of Pool Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • Ideally Graduated in Hospitality or Business Management, plus 4+ years of experience in managing independent, high-end and high-volume Food & Beverage establishments, concepts and trendsetting business with a strong network in local and international business.
  • Technical skills include advanced MS Office, POS, Reservations, Event booking, and Outlook platforms.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Possess a welldeveloped capability for strategic decisionmaking and a track record of proven results in the areas of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, host satisfaction, revenue, and profit.
  • Valid Food handler permit.
  • Valid UE work permit.
