We are ALOVIA, an HR specialized consultancy firm with HQ in Madrid, based on the supply of the best software solutions of the market.

We are looking for Human Resources Interns to work in our Madrid office.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

As part of the intern position, your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment and selection of engineering profiles.
Phone, face to face and video interviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office
Languages: French (Advanced), English or Spanish (B2-C1)
Good communication skills
Team player

What we offer?

6month internship with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract (CDI) at the end of the internship.
Compensation: 600 €/month (fixed salary) + variable salary (600 €).
Hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 days from home).
