Your main mission will be to welcome and say goodbye to guests, as well as to advise and inform them about all the experiences they can live in Bless.

Your main functions will be:

Receive and dismiss customers in any of our gastronomic spaces.
Management and control of reservations.
Advise customers, on request, in the choice of our gastronomic offer or specific queries.
To attend all the complaints of the clients, to solve them whenever it is in his hand and otherwise to redirect them to his person in charge.
To ensure, within our possibilities, maximum customer satisfaction during their stay.
