Responsibilities
- Design Strategy & Leadership: Own and lead the full design strategy for major product initiatives, from concept and advanced user research through launch and iteration to drive measurable improvements in key business metrics.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the definitive design voice and primary liaison among design, engineering, product, and content teams, integrating partners early to ensure a smooth development process.
- User-Centricity: Champion a high standard for user-centric design by using both qualitative and quantitative data to understand the user journey and proactively solve their most pressing pain points.
