The role Reporting to the Arise CFO, this role will be as finance business partner to the business with responsibility to manage the execution of strategies and develop strategic long-term financial plans of specific business domains of Arise.

- Work closely with business team, build future-proof financial models, underpinned by the right business models, for the key business domains supported;

Manage the budgeting process and financial forecast for the business domains.
Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor business KPIs and financial results, enable key strategic decisionmaking;
Work closely with various finance teams (FP&A, backend finance support functions) to support various deliverables from the big finance team.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: - Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance required, with a CPA, ACCA or CFA certification as an additional plus - Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational company, with relevant experience in e-com or retail business and working experience in Spain is preferred;

Strong business analysis and financial modelling skills
Solid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skills
Excellent English and Spanish, both written and spoken;
Able to work collaboratively with others across various business environments, cultures and teams
Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
Ability to communicate with top management
