Legal advisory to the business focusing principally in the new IPB strategy, WM & B4E, and CB. _

Advisory to infrastructure and the business in all kind of transactions. _
Corporate Secretariat. _

What We Offer You:

Integration in the Spanish Legal team, participating in a wide variety of legal activities with interaction with the business and infrastructure in Spain, and with Global Legal. _

Your Key Responsibilities:

- _Legal advisory in business transactions _and product development _
- _Proactive and effective collaboration with business and infrastructure areas in Spain _
- _Support with regulatory changes initiatives and internal projects _
- _Reporting locally and globally _
- _Assist the Secretary to the Board of Directors in: _(i) ensuring that governance structure/system is properly implemented; (ii) coordinating and organizing the flow of information to the Board of Directors/Committees and the follow up of the meetings; (iii) drafting the corporate governance documents; (iv) assisting and advising in the legal aspects of the implementation of corporate governance policies; (v) ensuring the filings and ongoing reporting with the regulators are made in a timely manner; and (vi) in coordination with the Group Corporate Governance team, monitoring legal changes to corporate governance rules and corporate governance. _

Your Skills and Experience:

Degree in Law. _
More than 5 years' experience in international law firm or legal department of international bank, with particular focus on Wealth Management and Corporate Bank areas. _
Knowledge of banking products and Spanish financial regulations. _
Experience in advising on banking transactions. _
Adaptability, analytical and teamwork skills. _
English proficiency. _
